We collect what's needed to run your assessment. We never sell your data. We earn zero commissions — so we have no financial incentive to share your information with anyone.
1. What data we collect
When you use Steady Wealth, you voluntarily provide financial information such as income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and insurance details. If you create an account, we also collect your name, email address, and optionally your mobile number. We collect standard usage data (page views, session length) via analytics to improve the product.
2. How we use your data
We use your financial data solely to generate your Freedom Score, financial health assessment, and personalised action plan. We use your contact details to send you your assessment results, product updates, and security notifications. We do not use your data to make product recommendations that generate commissions for us.
3. We never sell your data
Your personal and financial information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not share your individual data with advertisers, financial product companies, fund houses, or brokers.
4. Zero commissions policy
Steady Wealth earns no commissions from financial products or services. This means we have no commercial incentive to share your data with financial product providers. Our revenue comes solely from paid plan subscriptions.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit. Data at rest is encrypted. Access to user data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. We conduct periodic security reviews of our systems.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal and financial data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us. You can also opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences. We use analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Service.

We use limited third-party services to operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing). These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purpose of providing their service to us. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.
